    Acted as mediator in the Energy Community Dispute Resolution and Negotiation Centre’s first mediation concerning the alleged incompliance with Energy Community law of two environmental permits issued for two thermal power plants in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

    Acted for a Russian company in an ad hoc non-litigious dispute resolution process relating to the supply of steel pipes for a cross-connection VTL Gas Pipeline across Poland and Slovakia.

    Acted as mediator in an ICC Mediation involving major international players in a complex construction dispute in the industrial racking industry.

    Acted as mediator in an ad hoc commercial mediation involving Austrian, German, Irish and Indian stakeholders. The dispute concerned a failed large-scale construction project. The industry sector was interdisciplinary tech (chip production).

    Acted as legal member of a standing dispute board instituted in connection with a dispute involving leading European and Chinese companies in the photovoltaics industry.
